Brand Management & Marketing: X.O & V.S Projects On Premise Programs: Support Brand Managers in ideation, tool development and implementation with Ambassador/Portfolio Specialist team National Accounts: Working with the National Accounts team on programming for the regions Customer Service Inquiries: Escalate urgent customer service matters to the appropriate team NBA partnership: Support Brand Managers and Trade marketing team on the activations & Tools Program Recaps and Sell Sheets for all programs X.O Specific Project Asian American Tactical Programs - Support Brand Manager on Asian Pacific Heritage month, Asian Wedding Program, Casino program support, Asia Society Triennial V.S Specific Project Les Twins: Working with Brand Manager to develop tools and guidelines for 2021 LE bottle Strategy & Business Analytics: Innovation Tracking: Conduct monthly deep dive on innovation trends (both within & outside the W&S industry). Presentation Development: Support the team to create exciting and compelling presentations and tools to ensure internal and external buy-in. Lead brand completion of commercial analytics, including monthly reporting. Organization: Become a respected player within MHUSA and work closely with Brand, Sales and Distributor partners to gain input and support to effectively execute commercial plans. Work effectively in Maison / Region matrix organization. Be a brand champion and Brand market expert. Develop product expertise and a strong sense of market dynamics through training and customer interactions. SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED Bachelors degree required Internships and past work experience (min. 2 years) in Marketing within wine & spirits or CPG Strong written and oral communication skills Expertise in presentation development and graphic design preferred Creative, organized, solutions oriented, expert multi-tasker, self-motivated and thrives in a high pressure and fast paced environment Strong analytical experience with data and KPIs Cross functional team player and ability to work independent when needed
